By playing this game and surfing this site, you must agree to the following terms. boardgame-online.com is property of Frostbolt Games.

1. ACCEPTANCE

By using and/or visiting boardgame-online.com (from here on referred to as "BGO") you agree to the terms and conditions contained herein and the terms and conditions of BGO's privacy policy incorporated herein, and all future amendments and modifications (collectively referred to as the "Agreement"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound the terms and conditions contained herein, then do not use BGO.

The terms and conditions of this Agreement are subject to change at any time in its sole discretion and you agree to be bound by all modifications, changes and/or revisions. If you do not accept to be bound by any and all modifications, changes and/or revisions of this agreement, you many not use BGO.

The terms and conditions contained herein apply to all users of BGO whether a 'visitor' or a 'member' and you are only authorized to use BGO if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. ACCESS

In order to use this website, you affirm that you are at least seventeen (17) years old. This is a legal requirement, since certain topics on this site are not suitable for minors. These subjects will be sparse, but are nevertheless present. These topics include, but are not limited to, sexual and/or violent media.

3. USER CONDUCT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge and agree that you shall be responsible for your own user submissions and the consequences of posting and uploading on BGO. You are not allowed to somehow make available on BGO anything that is in any way illegal, including but not limited to media to which you do not hold copyright, pornographic material, hateful or racist content. Frostbolt Games has the right to delete or modify any content on the page, no matter the reason. Frostbolt Games will never have to explain their reasons when they alter content on the site in any way. Users do NOT own content they somehow make available on BGO; any content on BGO is legal property of Frostbolt Games.

NOTE: If any content on this site is not legal property of Frostbolt Games, please let us know so we may investigate it. Frostbolt Games does not intent to infringe copyright in any way, but since much of BGO's content was submitted by users, it may happen by accident. We apologize in advance.

4. ACCOUNTS AND PROXIES

Users are not allowed to create multiple accounts or use proxies to access the website. If a user creates multiple accounts or uses a proxy they risk a permanent ban.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall BGO or Frostbolt Games, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any use of BGO. This includes, but is not limited to viruses, bugs, loss of user content.

BGO was created with the main intention of creating a website where people can enjoy a nice and relaxing game. In no way is it our (Frostbolt Games) intention to hurt people. If you use our site and/or play our game, we ask you kindly to keep things friendly around here. Please do not insult others. Please do not attack our site. Please do not steal our content. Please do not grieve other players.

We personally dislike having to formulate terms and rules, but we need to do this to protect ourselves from jerks. If you have any questions about our terms or are in doubt whether some action is allowed or not, feel free to send us a mail and we will do our best to help you best we can.
